2018-2019 District-Wide Application


The deadline to be included in the first (2018-2019) initial random selection, this would include siblings is 11:59 PM, Sunday, January 7, 2018; with the random selection for Kindergarten and 6th grade (Friedell only/this does not include the Highly Gifted Programs at Friedell or Kellogg)  taking place on Monday, January 8, 2018. Families selected in the random selection will be notified by phone sometime during the week of January 8, 2018. Any additional random selections will take place as space becomes available.

Reminder, you must complete an application to qualify for sibling preference. Siblings are defined as brother/sister (step-siblings living in the same household) who will be enrolled in the same district-wide options school for the 2018-2019 school year.  If you have questions regarding sibling preference, please contact Diane Paprocki, Office of Elementary & Secondary Education at 328-4300.


Please note: Applicants MUST reapply every year if not selected, applications from 2017-2018 will NOT roll over.

For the 2018-2019 District-Wide Application process you will first need to  'Sign up for a New Account'. Once your account is created you can 'Create a New Application' for each child and edit their information as needed. Please do not create duplicate children or multiple accounts for one family. Duplicate applications will be voided. 

If you are still wishing to apply for the 2017-2018 school year, you will not be able to apply online. You may submit a paper application or contact Diane Paprocki, Office of Elementary & Secondary Education at 328-4300 to submit an electronic application.
