The School Board of Rochester Public Schools has replaced its paper meeting packet with electronic documents. All agendas and supporting documents are now available on the District's BoardDocs website, which can be accessed by clicking the link below.
Using this BoardDocs website, you can review and print information prior to a School Board meeting. After the meeting, you can review agenda items and learn what action was taken by the Board. All documents associated with a meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by meeting date or by using the website’s search feature. And because the Board room in the Edison Building at 615 Seventh Street SW offers wireless Internet access, you can also review BoardDocs information on your laptop while attending a meeting.
The District is also using BoardDocs to publish its policies and procedures online. This will ensure that District staff and community members always have easy access to the most up-to-date information. To view policies and procedures, click the link above, then click Policies.
