Welcome to Curriculum and Instruction! Curriculum and Instruction is home to many programs and resources for the Rochester Public Schools. We are located on the third floor of the Edison Building. Ann Clark, Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Welcome to the website for the Office of Curriculum and Instruction. The Curriculum and Instruction staff provides direction and leadership for all District curriculum, including national, state, and local standards. We also provide staff with strategies and instructional tools that focus on closing the opportunity gap.
We coordinate Student Support Services, Vocational and Tech Prep programming, Health Science Careers Center, Alternative Education, District media services, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and Gifted Services.
Curriculum and Instruction manages the selection of instructional materials, including textbooks and software. We facilitate community involvement in review of District curriculum and assessments. Curriculum and Instruction oversees the integration of instructional technology in all curricular areas.
