Children's Dental Health Clinic
Children's Dental Health will be at Franklin on Tuesday, Oct. 27th and Wed. Nov. 4th. This program is for families struggling financially. Parents need to complete a permission form before those dates for the children to be screened. It usually includes a free dental screening, cleaning and sometime sealants that is done free at school. It takes only about 15 minutes and the student does not miss school. Parents can see Mr. Kerl if they need a form or have any questions.

Ben Franklin Neighborhood PTSA
We are so happy to have so many new families join our school community this year.
Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the media center. You don't have to be a member to attend the meetings. We would love to have you!
The PTSA serves a very important role in the life of the school and your involvement is vital. We have many different ways to get each family involved in the PTSA including serving on the board, volunteering for events, assisting on a committee. There are opportunities to volunteer during the day and evening throughout the year, so there is something to fit everyone's schedule!
Each year the PTSA funds many activities such as class field trips, playground equipment, books for students through RIF (Reading is Fundamental), snacks and water for MCA testing, as well as classroom supplies for teachers.
Be sure to check out the PTSA page found under the Community Groups heading for more details!
